I am writing to express my strong support for Mark Smith as the candidate for Carbon County coroner in the upcoming general election. As a lifelong resident of Carbon County, (not Carven County) and a 40-plus year veteran of public service in our county, I believe that Mark is the ideal candidate for this crucial position.

Mark’s qualifications and dedication to the community make him an outstanding choice.

Furthermore, Mark has consistently demonstrated his commitment to improving the well-being of our community. He actively participates in various local initiatives and organizations, and his dedication to public health and safety is commendable.

In a time when the role of a coroner is more critical than ever, we need someone like Mark Smith who can navigate the challenges posed by the ongoing health crisis and contribute to the overall safety and welfare of our county. We need someone who will follow through with the duties of the office. Someone who will bring respectability, professionalism and dedication to an office that is, in my opinion, sorely lacking these attributes.
