Weatherly posted wins in both volleyball and girls soccer on Friday.

Weatherly

Weatherly ended its season on a good note, edging Lincoln Leadership 25-12, 19-25, 25-13, 21-25, 15-9 in a non-league contest on Friday.

Abby Binder paced the Wreckers with nine kills, nine service points and five digs, while Kelly Reiner chipped in with six digs, five kills, five service points and four aces.

The winners, who finished 3-17, also received 19 service points from Abby Weston and 11 service points, seven digs and five assists from Rachel Rosenlund. Taylor Davidovich also chipped in with 12 service points, nine digs, six aces and four assists.

Panther Valley at

Pottsville Tourney

Panther Valley went 6-2 in pool play Saturday at the Pottsville Lady Tide Volleyball Boosters Tournament before falling to host Pottsville 25-19 in the quarterfinal round.

Riley McArdle had 25 kills, 23 digs and three aces for the Panthers, while Morgan Orsulak collected 10 kills, seven blocks, 34 assists, 10 digs and five aces.

PV also received 65 digs and three aces from Caroline Breslin.

Weatherly

Weatherly rolled to a 16-0 non-league victory over Lincoln Leadership on Friday.

Fifteen different players scored goals for the Wreckers, with Gonzalez tallying two.

Other goals came from Julliette Bartel, Kendall Gerhart, MaKenna Gerhard, Bethany Houser, Anna Bloom, Erin Prete, Jillian Russell, Cortney Snyder, Kiley Holman, Grace Portell, McGill, Gaydoscik, Grier and Kislan.

Bloom made seven saves in goal, while Gonzalez turned aside three shots in split duty.

Weatherly, now 3-14, finished with 35 shots.
