The Panther Valley Golden Agers recently met with 15 members present. The invocation was “Lord Help Me.”

Those who celebrate birthdays in September include Ruthann Feane, Joyce Krell, Felicia Pilla and Cathy Arner. Jane Pieturch was sick.

The group is accepting a few new members. There will be a Chinese Auction on Oct. 23, and the Christmas party will be held at noon Dec. 10 at DiMaggio’s in Tamaqua.

Members played bingo. The next meeting will be Oct. 9.
