State police at Frackville said a commercial motor vehicle pulled down an overhead internet cable with its cab in an incident at 3:27 p.m. Sept. 5 in Kline Township.

Police said Douglas A. Benfer, 55, of Port Trevorton, was traveling north on Fifth Street in the township when the incident happened. Police said he was unaware of the incident and left the scene.
