Eric Boxer, 41, of New Ringgold, was arrested twice by state police at the Frackville barracks after they were summoned to a property on Hillside Lane in East Brunswick Township.

Police said at 2:01 p.m. Aug. 12, they investigated a report of a Protection From Abuse order violation and determined Boxer sent text messages to the victim, a 38-year-old woman from New Ringgold.

At 4:39 p.m. the same day, police said they were called to the property a second time and took Boxer into custody for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
