State police at Frackville reported on the following incidents:

• A 76-year-old man from Rahway, New Jersey, was cited with harassment by physical contact after they responded to a domestic incident at 8:25 p.m. June 13 at a home along Lake Drive in Lake Hauto, Rush Township.

Police said a 75-year-old woman from Lake Hauto told them she and her husband engaged in an argument at their residence when she returned home from shopping. The woman said her intoxicated husband threw a coffee can at her and slapped her in the face.

No injuries were reported, police said.

• A 46-year-old Delano man was cited with criminal mischief and defiant trespass after they were called to a residence on the Tamanend Road in Delano Township.

Police said they were originally called there at 6:05 a.m. July 11 for a “scattering rubbish” incident and the investigation led to the two non-traffic citations against the man.

Police said a 52-year-old woman lives at the residence.
