35 Hospitality Way, known as Pocono Resort Conference Center, Lake Harmony, was cited in June by the Pennsylvania State Police, Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement, for violating state liquor laws.

Police said on April 15, a representative of the business sold alcoholic beverages without a valid license.

The charge will be brought before an administrative law judge who has the authority of imposing a penalty ranging from $50-1,000, police said.
