Mahoning Township supervisors approved the following actions on Wednesday:

• Will tar and chip Breezewood Road within road budget.

• A time extension for Behavioral Health Associates to Oct. 18 for land development plans.

• Several waiver requests for the minor subdivision plan of William S. Zellner and Jeanette V. Zellner.

• Appointed Deb McGowan to the township’s planning commission.

• Granted Ralph Herbst, 1820 Mahoning Dr. East, an exemption from real property taxes approved by the Pennsylvania State Veterans Commission.

• A public hearing on the township’s Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance at 6 p.m. Aug. 23.
