Thorpe businessman donates money for charities

Shawn Kresge, owner of Shawn Kresge Electric and AC Inc. of Jim Thorpe, presents a check for $1,000 to the Carbon County Friends of Animals board. Kresge held a contest and people voted for their favorite charity. Friends of Animals took first place. From left with Kresge are Kimmy Mulik, Denise Sebelin, Susie Yaich.
