Edwin Davila Rodriguez, 38, of Slatedale, is facing multiple charges as a result of a hit-and-run incident that is being investigated by state police at the Bethlehem barracks.

Police said they were called at 8:25 p.m. May 28 to the intersection of Saegersville and Trout roads in Heidelberg Township where a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee was involved in the hit-and run charges.

Police said Rodriguez fled the scene but was later taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence, hit-and-run and fleeing and eluding police.
