State police at the Pocono barracks said Shane Stelly, 39, of Philadelphia, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol after an incident at 6:56 p.m. May 28 on the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

Police said he was driving a 2015 Subaru Forester when he stopped in the right lane of travel in Penn Forest Township and got out of the vehicle so that he could relieve himself.
