State police at Bethlehem responded to a simple harassment incident at 7:30 p.m. May 18 at Northgate Drive and East River Road in Washington Township.

Police said a 35-year-old Slatington man was riding his dirt bike around the neighborhood which annoyed a resident, who punched the rider in the face after the rider confronted him.

Police said no charges because the rider refused to cooperate with them.
