State police at the Frackville barracks are investigating a burglary that happened at 12:18 a.m. May 6 at a property on Ben Titus Road in Rush Township.

A 58-year-old woman from Tamaqua reported a Kent Flexor mountain bike was stolen.

Police said the thief was observed around 3:30 a.m. on surveillance video wearing a camouflage, face mask and backpack.
