Leroy Hahn, 38, of Lehighton was committed to the Carbon County Correctional Facility, Nesquehoning, after he was taken into custody by state police at the Lehighton barracks after an incident at 5:04 p.m. May 5.

Police said they attempted to stop him for multiple Title 75 violations while he was driving a 1995 Honda motorcycle in the 100 block of South Dieters Hill Road in East Penn Township.

Hahn did not stop and police initiated a pursuit which ended when police took him into custody.
