Election results: West End Magisterial District Court judge

Incumbent Colleen Mancuso is leading on both the Democratic and Republican ballots, poised to remain on the bench for the 43-3-04 Magisterial District Court. The district covers Chestnuthill, Eldred, Polk and Ross townships. The salary for 2023 is $106,254.

Mancuso has 951 votes on the Democratic ballot and 944 on the Republican ticket. She is being challenged by former District Justice Debby York, who has 581 on the Democratic ticket and 533 on the Republican side, and Shelli Angle Bird, who has 256 and 614 respectively.

All precincts have reported.

Mancuso was elected as district justice in 2011. Previously, she worked in Monroe County for 11 years as an assistant district attorney, three years as a public defender and 20 years as a civil attorney specializing in divorce, custody, child support, wills, estates and real estate matters; obtained law degree from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a Bachelor of Arts degree in secondary education-history.
