Jeff Lipics starts the winning rally with a walk, moves to second on a bunt and to third on a ground out. After another free pass to Travis Williams, Roger Berger delivers an RBI single to tie the game. The Bombers eventually load the bases, and Israel Messinger forces in the deciding run when he walks on a 3-2 count. Williams earns the win, allowing just three hits while striking out eight in a complete game effort. J.R. Simmons and Berger account for Palmerton’s other two runs with RBI hits.
