Lehigh Carbon Community College will host a virtual information session for returning adult students and veterans at 6 p.m., May 1.

Adult students and veterans interested in returning to college will learn about programs offered, financial aid, support services and more.

In addition, workers who have been recently laid off from their jobs in the Lehigh, Carbon and Schuylkill county areas can learn about special Employee Retraining Opportunity funds that support recently unemployed workers. CareerLink will be on hand to discuss area employment opportunities and financial support. Veterans will learn about the process to access veteran benefits.

Students should register in advance online.
