In regards to Friday April 7, 2023, Roy Christman’s opinion in Voices from Across Our Area. He is right on the money. “Leader of the Free World” has been our burden and privilege. Unfortunately, this government is no longer standing up for democracy and freedom, and tyranny has become the norm in the United States. Our judicial system is no longer fair and impartial. We now intimidate and punish the innocent and reward the guilty. Trump’s impeachment and indictments, parents labeled as domestic terrorists, and Christian parents intimidated to name a few.

Our founders would be appalled at what we have become. Look at the lessons from history, use your common sense, open your eyes. Is Marxism working, for the people, anywhere in the world? We need to clean out the justice system, replace the leadership and force the media to stop the spin and report the truth. The media is hiding what is really happening. We The People must fight tyranny.
