According to police, the victim said she believes Stefan was inside her apartment when she was away. She told police that she had a PFA against him since March 25.

The victim told police that a neighbor contacted her around 4 a.m. March 26 to check on her welfare because she saw a car belonging to Stefan’s mother parked near her apartment. When the victim returned at 5:45 a.m., she said Stefan’s belongings were put into boxes and his cat was missing.

Police noted that the PFA states that Stefan is evicted from the residence.

Officers located the boy on Cedar Street and cited him for disorderly conduct and trespassing.

• A 14-year-old Tamaqua boy was charged with stealing nicotine vapes from a gas station on Route 309, Tamaqua police said.

Officers said they were called to the business at 5:15 p.m. March 24 after an employee noticed the items missing. She said she was in the restroom when the boy entered and then exited the store. The boy arrived at the store with his father and admitted to police that he took the vapes.
