March 7, 2002 - After losing his first-round state wrestling match, Northern Lehigh’s Ryan Hluschak comes back with a victory over Sayre’s Trevor Twigg to not only stay alive in the tournament, but also record his 100th-career win. The Bulldog 140-pound junior drops a 6-3 decision to Richland’s Chad Sichak in the preliminaries, but battles back to defeat Twigg in the consis. Hluschak trails 4-3 heading into the third period, but gets an escape and a takedown to pull ahead. Hluschak will eventually battle all the way back in consis to take third place.
