State police at Fogelsville released details on several incidents:

• A 29-year-old Tobyhanna man will be cited for criminal mischief after they were called to an incident that happened between 10:30-11:04 p.m. Feb. 4 in Lynn Township.

Police said the man damaged about $2,000 worth of items in a group home located along Allemaengel Road in the township.

• Police are investigating an attempted burglary that happened between 1:39-1:51 p.m. Feb. 14.

The victim is a 61-year-old woman from Kempton who reported the attempted break-in at a property on King’s Highway in Lynn Township.

• Police are investigating a theft case in which a New Tripoli couple is the victim.

Police said between Dec. 16 and Jan. 31, someone stole approximately $3,300 from a shared checking account of a 40-year-old woman and 39-year-old man who reside along Ulrich Mill Road in Lynn Township.
