New Ringgold man charged with possession, had active warrant

Dominic Staboleski, 30, of New Ringgold, was charged by state police at the Bethlehem barracks with false identification and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident at 8:09 p.m. Jan. 26 at 7503 Church Road, Heidelberg Township.

Police said they were called to investigate a report of a man who appeared to be under the influence on the property.

Police said Staboleski identified himself as Dominic Calmarino and said he was a sovereign citizen and did not have any identification on him

Police said while the man was in detention, they obtained an address for him of 149 Corner Stone Drive, New Ringgold.

He also told police he lived in Reading for eight years, but he could not remember the address, police said.

Police said Staboleski was taken into custody after Reading police were contacted.

He was taken to the Lehigh County Central Booking center where he was arraigned on the false ID charges and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police said they learned he also had a simple assault warrant against him for an incident in West Penn Township.

In a separate incident report, police said they performed a routine warrant service at 11:30 that night at 149 Cornerstone Drive, West Penn Township.

They learned Staboleski had a full extradition arrest warrant out against him for simple assault and harassment charges for an incident that happened in Berks County.
