Work continues

The club is very quiet right now, shares a spokesperson for the Olde-Tyme Farm Equipment. However, meetings are still being held at the museum the second Thursday of each month.

Members meet on Wednesday nights at the museum, to work on equipment. Right now, the club is restoring a John Deere 40 crawler which was donated by a club member.

The club held a Tricky Tray fundraiser, which took the place of the club’s benefit pull in October, at the West End Fire House this month and raised over $4,500. That was a surprise to active club members, not realizing the outpouring of the community for the support of a certain couple.

The club will have a hoagie fundraiser in February and March and also in October and November.

Starting in February, members will be starting to collect items, doing advertising, and other busy things for the club’s consignment sale which will be held on the third Saturday in April this coming year.
