Imitation will serve as the best form of flattery at local and regional venues over the next couple of weeks, with a host of tribute acts set to perform.

Among the slew of tributes, Eighties bands will get radical at both Penn’s Peak and Mauch Chunk Opera House. The Peak will also host Foreigner and Jerry Garcia tributes, with the opera house featuring a Brian Setzer Orchestra tribute band.

Fans of holiday music, meanwhile, will not find lumps of coal in their stockings of entertainment offerings. Country act Diamond Rio will perform hits and holiday tunes at the Peak, while acts such as Trans-Siberian Orchestra and Darren Criss will bring holiday cheer to the Lehigh Valley.
