Northern Lehigh School Board, on an 8-0 vote, approved the following last week:

• Blasia Dunham to attend the Pennsylvania Education Technology Expo & Conference (PETE & C), Feb. 13-14, at Kalahari Conventions, Pocono Manor, for a cost of about $523, to be funded through the assistant superintendent’s professional development budget.

• Scott Pyne to attend the PDE SAS Institute conference, Dec. 5-7 at Hershey Lodge, Hershey, for a cost of about $621, to be funded through the assistant superintendent’s professional development budget.

• Jennifer Butz, Pennsylvania Society of Health and Physical Education (SHAPE PA) Conference, Dec. 1-2, in Spooky Nook, Manheim, with the cost of travel $101, to be funded through the assistant superintendent’s professional development budget.

• To sign the Pediatric Therapeutic Services Agreement addendum to extend services for a Licensed Practical Nurse starting Nov. 7.

• Sidney Snyder as helping teacher to Allyson DeHart, inductee, at a stipend of $200.

• Announced that the holiday dinner will be held at 5:30 p.m. Dec. 5 in the Slatington Elementary Annex Room.

• Announced that the school board’s reorganization meeting at 6:45 p.m. Dec. 5 to be followed by the regular school board meeting at 7 p.m.
