State police at Fern Ridge are investigating an incident at the Penn Forest Township Fire Company located along Route 534. Troopers said they were dispatched to the fire company on Oct. 22 at 11 a.m. for a report of damage done to the septic system. Damages were estimated at $3,000 to pipes of the system.
