Northern Lehigh School Board approved the following financial matters on Monday:

• To allow the director of business affairs to open an account through the Pennsylvania School District Liquid Asset Fund for proceeds from the settlement of the 2022 bond on Oct. 17.

• $5,000 donation to the Slatington Public Library.

• To enter into an agreement with Vector Security to install a video intercom system with door release for the field house at a cost of $1,449, to be paid for through the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency Safety and Security Grant.

• To continue to contract with Westmoreland Intermediate Unit for the purpose of providing compliance software and fraud check services, which would meet all compliance by the Pennsylvania Department of Education, at a yearly cost of $500, which is no increase over the year before.

• Statewide Tax Recovery as the delinquent per capita tax collector for the 2022 tax year.

• The Act 57 resolution that requires the tax collector of the district to waive additional charges for real estate taxes beginning in tax year 2023 under certain circumstances when notice was not received.
