A Lansford man is facing charges following an incident that occurred on Sept. 12 at 7:35 p.m. in the borough.
State police at Lehighton said troopers responded to East Abbott Street for a man causing a disturbance.
Troopers said Joseph Figueroa, 40, was naked in front of his home. He was damaging property and injuring his neighbors.
He was taken into custody and charged with 11 counts, including failure to provide accurate registration information; corruption of a minor, defendant 18 or older; indecent exposure; simple assault; criminal mischief -damage to property; open lewdness; possession of a small amount of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia, and summary offenses of harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
He was arraigned before on-call District Judge Joseph Homanko, of Weatherly. Unable to post $100,000 cash bail he was committed to the county prison in Nesquehoning.
