Jenna Spachman, 24, of New Tripoli, was cited by state police at the Fogelsville barracks with harassment by physical contact after she assaulted her younger brother in an incident at 12:02 a.m. Sept. 2 along Kistler Valley Road in Lynn Township, police said.

Police said she and her brother were in a physical altercation in which she shoved the boy and threw a shoe at him because he didn’t want to babysit her child.
