State police at the Lehighton barracks released details on the following incidents:

• Police charged Cheryl Flagler, 52, of Saylorsburg, with simple trespass following an incident on Aug. 19 at 208 Meadow Court, Ross Township.

Police said an 80-year-old woman told them Flagler entered her residence through an unlocked door.

• A 59-year-old Saylorsburg woman reported on for driving under the influence of a controlled substance after a traffic stop at 7:13 p.m. Sept. 3 at the intersection of Ruby Court and Blue Ridge Road in Ross Township.

Police said they stopped the 2002 Honda Accord for a violation, after which time the man was suspected of driving under the influence and he refused chemical testing to determine the extent of his impaired status.
