It’s an opportunity to celebrate our service members who fight to protect our country.

Come out and show support as the Greater Northern Lehigh Chamber of Commerce presents the Heritage Day Celebration.

The event will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Slatington Baptist Church, 509 Main St. It is free to attend.

Heritage Day will feature student speakers from Northern Lehigh High School’s Patriot Club.

The event returned in 2021 after a one-year absence.

Last year’s event was held at Veterans Memorial Park.

Before that, the event was held in the borough for several decades, typically in the Slatington Baptist Church.
