State Police at Frackville

State police at Frackville reported on the following cases investigated by troopers at Schuylkill County locations.

• On June 9 at 6 a.m. troopers responded to East Washington Street in McAdoo for a dispute. Troopers said during an argument over their relationship Angel Figueroa-Sanchez, 31, of McAdoo, pulled the hair of a 31-year-old woman from McAdoo. He was issued a citation for harassment - physical contact.

• A fugitive wanted out of the state of Indiana was apprehended on June 7. Troopers went to the 1000 block of Brock Street in Ashland, and took her into custody. Candi Miller, 52, of Ashland, was wanted for manufacturing methamphetamine.

She was arraigned before a district judge and committed to the county prison in Pottsville failing to post $100,000 straight cash bail. She is awaiting extradition back to Indiana.

• A 39-year-old man from New Philadelphia, who troopers declined to identify, was cited for a dog law violation on May 21 at 9:24 a.m. Troopers said his dog broke free from control at his residence and attacked a 58-year-old male postal carrier from Hegins.
