Dilon Amar, 27, of Lehighton, was charged by state police at the Lehighton barracks with harassment by physical contact charges following an incident that happened at 3:26 p.m. May 25 in the 6800 block of Interchange Road in Towamensing Township.

Police said the charge follows their response to an altercation that took place between the arrestee and the victim, a 52-year-old from Lehighton.
