Danall G. Greenzweig, 38, of Summit Hill, pleaded to one count of default in appearance, a misdemeanor 2. He was sentenced last year to serve one to 12 months in prison and ordered to report to the jail on Nov. 17, 2021, to begin serving his time. He failed to appear and a warrant was then issued for his arrest.

Greenzweig, currently an inmate in the county prison who entered his plea via video, is currently serving the original sentence imposed by the court.

On the default charge Nanovic sentenced him to serve one to 12 months in prison and ordered he get a drug and alcohol evaluation. The term runs consecutive to his original sentence.

He was given credit for 16 days already served on the charge.

Police responded to a domestic incident. On scene a female, then identified as Dunlop’s girlfriend, told officers he had assaulted her. Officers made note of red marks on the female’s neck area.

Nanovic placed him on probation for a year and ordered he get a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow any recommendation for treatment, supply a DNA sample and have no contact with the victim.

Each defendant sentenced must also pay court costs of over $1,000 and a $50 per month supervision fee while on parole or probation.
