State police at Fogelsville are investigating the theft of copper tubing from a construction site.

Troopers said on March 10 they responded to a construction site along Riverbend Road in Lower Macungie Township, Lehigh County, for a theft report.

The victim, from Saylorsburg, Monroe County, reported that sometime between March 2 and 8, the tubing was taken from the site. The value of the missing tubing was set at $3,400.

Troopers said the investigation into the incident is continuing.
