A Monroe County man is being sought by state police at Stroudsburg.

Troopers said Isaiha Lowery, 22, of Polk Township, is being sought for theft of a vehicle.

According to troopers on March 3 at 8 a.m. on the 100 block of Midway Pines Lane, in Polk Township, a 60-year-old woman from Kresgeville, witnessed Lowery steal two of her debit cards and took her 2018 Volkswagen Beetle vehicle. After stealing the cards and vehicle, Lowery fled the scene and traveled through New Jersey and into New York. A check revealed Lowery has a suspended New York license. His name and the vehicle were then entered into the CLEAN/NCIC data base. Criminal charges were approved by the Monroe County District Attorney’s office and a felony arrest warrant issued for Lowery.
