Brian Z. Perez, 23, of Rockaway Beach, New York, was cited by state police at the Fogelsville barracks after a two-vehicle crash.

The crash happened at 3:33 p.m. Feb. 11 at the intersection of Gun Club Road and King’s Highway in Lynn Township.

Police said he was driving a 2019 Ram 2500 on Gun Club Road and the intersection with King’s Highway and then pulled out into the intersection. He struck a 2006 Ford F350 driven by Dale W. Kistler, 63, of Kempton, as it was passing through the intersection.

The Ram 2500 came to rest in the intersection facing northbound.

Police said both vehicles sustained disabling damages. No one was injured.
