State police at Fogelsville are investigating a theft at a business in Lower Macungie Township, Lehigh County.

Troopers said at 2:18 p.m. on Sunday three men entered the Ulta Beauty, located at 833 N. Krocks Road (Hamilton Crossing).

Once inside the store, one of the men who was walking with a cane, was receiving assistance from a store employee. While the employee was distracted, the two other men began filling black trash bags with various fragrances.

After filling the bags the men fled the store and got into a 2021 or 2022, Toyota Highlander that displayed a temporary registration plate. Estimated value of the missing items is $3,000.

This is the second incident at this store. About $20,000 in makeup was swiped in a similar fashion on Nov. 30, 2021.
