Credit card defaults

• Calvary SPV LLC, Valhalla, New York, has filed a credit card default civil action against Garred M. Ahner, 184 Center Road, Lehighton. Sought is judgment in the amount of $1,005.02, plus costs.

• Calvary SPV LLC also filed a credit card default civil action against Victor Kyryluk, 651 Wallace Way, Weatherly. Sought is judgment in the amount of $6,513.05, plus costs.

• The Bank of America, N.A., Newark, Delaware, has filed two credit card default civil action against Christopher Louis Wakefield, 5740 N. Lehigh Gorge Drive, Weatherly.

One judgment sought is in the amount of $4,809.74, plus costs, while the second complaint seeks judgment in the amount of $6,039.73, plus costs.

• Bureau’s Investment Group Portfolio No. 15 LLC, Northbrook, Illinois, has filed a credit card default civil action against Hardy D. Ronald, 214 Joseph Lane, Lehighton.

Sought is judgment in the amount of $1,884.74, plus costs.

PA liens filed

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Revenue, has filed a tax lien against Katherine Karalekas, 150 Piney Woods Drive, Jim Thorpe.

The judgment is in the amount of $4,846.07 and represents personal incomes taxes owed.

The Revenue department also filed a lien against Safe Guard Termite & Pest Control Inc., 445 Towamensing Trails, Albrightsville.

The judgment is in the amount of $4,874.02 and represents taxes owed for 2010-12.

IRS liens filed

The U.S. Internal Revenue Service has filed two federal tax liens against R.A. Fritz Plumbing and Heating Inc., 760 Mill St., Palmerton.

One lien is in the amount of $2,588.53 and represents taxes owed for the period ending Sept. 30, 2021, and the other lien is in the amount of $1,680 for the period ending Dec. 31, 2020.

• The Borough of Lansford has filed a municipal lien against Colleen Saranovic, 25 Sharpe St., Lansford.

The lien is in the amount of $1,749.61 and represents trash fees owed by the property owner from 2015-2020.
