SS. Peter and Paul

Masses

Masses for the Nativity of Our Lord (Christmas) will be offered by the Rev. Christopher M. Zelonis as the celebrant, with the assistance of Deacon Joseph C Wilhelm Jr., on Friday at 4 and 7 p.m., and on Saturday at midnight and 9 a.m. All celebrations continue to be livestreamed on the parish Facebook page and available later on our parish YouTube channel.

Masses are livestreamed and Holy Communion is brought over from the church.

The Sacrament of Reconciliation is available 45 minutes before Masses on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, as well as Mondays and Wednesdays from 5-6 p.m. Extra times in preparation for Christmas are as follows: Wednesday from 5-7 p.m. and Thursday from 5-7 p.m.

Booklets

The parish makes available in the pews and at the rectory door “Treasury of Prayer” booklets, which contain many prayers and insights about prayer methods, as well as instruction on aspects of the Catholic faith as well as how to go to and what to say in Confession. Feel free to take a booklet or two from either location.

Night watch

“Night Watch” is a time of Eucharistic Adoration that takes place every first Friday of the month from 6 to 9 p.m.

Confession is available during that time except when Father leads brief public prayer intervals during the evening. Adoration now also takes place every Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Vincent’s Closet

The parish’s St. Vincent de Paul Society operates “Vincent’s Closet,” making available clothing of various sizes for people in need.

Call the rectory if you are in emergency need of clothing.
