State police at Lehighton are investigating another act of criminal mischief at a Monroe County golf course.

Troopers said on Monday they responded to the Hideaway Hills Golf Course, located along Hawk Hills Road in Polk Township, at 11:36 a.m. for report of criminal mischief. Troopers said damaged was observed done to the golf course greens. No other details were released.

On Nov. 11 troopers responded to the Indian Mountain Golf Course, also in Polk Township, for a report of damage to the course. In that incident a quad or side-by-side, and a dirt bike were riding on the property. The quad or side-by-side caused significant damage on one of the playing greens.

The investigation is continuing.
