The following were sentenced on Monday in Carbon County court.

Katelin M. Yezlerski, 26, of Jim Thorpe, was placed on probation for six months on a charge of harassment, a misdemeanor 3.

She was arrested on Oct. 15, 2020, by state police at Lehighton.

She was also ordered to get a mental health evaluation and follow any recommendation for treatment and pay court costs of over $1,000.

Brett T. Rodriguez, 42, of Lansford, was sentence on two summary offenses, disorderly conduct and a motor vehicle code violation of turning movements.

He was arrested on June 22, 2020, by Lansford police.

On the conduct charge he was fined $200 and costs and on the turning movements count $25 and costs. Court costs are over $1,000.
