In the first case he pleaded to criminal solicitation - possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and two counts of corruption of minors; and in the second case to one count each of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and corruption of a minor.

He was arrested by state police at Lehighton on June 1, 2020, in the first case at a residence in Penn Forest Township. The second arrest occurred on Aug. 10, 2020, by Jim Thorpe police.
