Carbon County planning commission
The Carbon County Planning Commission, on Tuesday, reviewed the following subdivisions and made recommendations. These recommendations will be sent to the corresponding municipality for inclusion in further decisions.
• Anthony and Erin Raggio received conditional plan approval for their proposed lot line revision at lots 157 and 158 in Hickory Run Forest Section B, Penn Forest Township. The plan calls for combining the two lots into one.
• Joseph J. Weiner received conditional plan rejection for a proposed lot consolidation near the intersection of Princeton Avenue and Mary Ann Alley in Palmerton. The plan calls for combining two lots to create a 0.43-acre lot.
• Coleen Gerhard, Gary Gerhard and Thomas J. and Gale Gazdick received plan approval for a proposed subdivision and lot line revision at 180 Ochre Mill Road in Packer Township. The plans called for subdividing a 60.3-acre lot into four lots and combining a 2.499-acre lot that was created from the subdivision with a 6.028-acre lot.
• Leonard Jr. and Christopher Rossi received plan approval for a proposed subdivision at 12 Centtown Road in the village of Coxeville, Banks Township. The plans calls for subdividing 24.614 acres into two lots.
• Joseph D. Hurylovich received conditional plan approval for a proposed lot line revision at 58 Powhatan Trail, Mt. Pocahontas, Section 6, lots 1685 and 1687, Penn Forest Township. The plans called for combining the two lots.
• John Patrick Toner’s plan was reviewed but no recommendation was made. The plan called for subdividing 71.632 acres into four lots on Spring Hill Road, a private gravel road approximately 2 miles from the intersection of State Route 940 in Kidder Township.
• John and Gloria K. Otto received conditional plan approval for a proposed subdivision at lot 164 Broadview Drive and lot 169 Pine Drive in Leisure Land, Jim Thorpe. The plans called for combining the two lots.
• Patricia A. Beltz received plan approval for a proposed subdivision and lot line revision at 3920 Interchange Road in Franklin Township. The plans call for subdividing one lot into two and then combining one of the newly formed lots with a third lot.
