Boni for clerk of courts

Dear Editor,

I’m writing to you in support of Tyra Boni for Clerk of Courts. Over the past 30 years I’ve had prolonged exposure to her organizational skill, methodical planning and procedural ways. While I admit her attention to detail was at times quite irritating I can attest that it usually leads to quite flawless execution of plans. That is the type of attention to detail I want in an elected official overseeing millions of dollars and management of thousands of evolving files.

The quality of extensive leadership experience (17 years) I want driving and improving such an important aspect of our court system. She is an incredibly determined and compassionate individual and I guarantee that she will continue working in the best interests of Carbon County, because once she commits to something she is incredibly determined and puts her whole heart into it. I mean a $96,000 taxpayer savings? I’ll take it! By now you may be thinking who are you, and that this is definitely a biased opinion, well maybe, Tyra’s my mom! But with that argument, that also means I know her on a more intimate level than most and I’d gladly vouch for her genuine character and abilities.

While I admit the above mentioned traits were trialing in my teenage years, I can now say that they are something I truly admire and aspire to replicate. My mom is one of the most dependable people I know as long as you aren’t stacking a fire wood pile in the middle of summer, then she has a fantastic vanishing act but that’s a whole other story. Hah! So for unwavering dedication, proven efficacy, fiscal responsibility and one hell of a track record after her first year in office. I’m voting Tyra Boni for Clerk of Courts. I’m so proud of you, Mom!

Sincerely,

Miranda Wommer
