April 9, 1975 - Three Lehighton track athletes set new school records as the Indians roll to a 104-14 victory over Slatington. Rich Hunsicker wins the 880 and mile, setting a new mark in the 880 with a time of 2:03.6. Don Blauch also registers a pair of firsts, taking the long and triple jumps. His distance of 21-1 in the long jump breaks the previous school record of 20-8 3/4. Kevin Koch finishes the two-mile run in 10:05.4 to win the race and break his own school mark. Bob Walck (100, 220) also wins two events, while Kim Berger (440), Karl Rodgers (shot) and Jay Seigendall (high jump) each claim one.
