State police at Frackville reported on the following crashes investigated by troopers on Schuylkill County roadways:

• A one-vehicle crash occurred at 6:36 a.m. on Feb. 9 along Tuscarora Mountain Road in Ryan Township. Troopers said Petronella V. Sabol, 58, of Tamaqua, was driving a 2020 Nissan Rogue when she was attempting to negotiate a curve on the snow-covered road while downhill. The vehicle went onto the berm and hit a tree.

Sabol complained of minor knee pain, but did not require immediate medical attention. The vehicle was towed.

• Another one-vehicle crash was reported at 12:01 a.m. on Feb. 11 along Hills Terrace Road in East Union Township.

Troopers said Stephanie A. Krupilis, 24, of Mahanoy City, was driving a 2016 Jeep Compass northbound when she lost control on a untreated ice/snow covered road. The vehicle went onto the west berm and struck an embankment and overturned. Krupilis was not injured, but the vehicle had to be towed.
