Tyler Sell registers a fall at 285, with Victor Konno matching the six-pointer at 130. Other Northwestern wrestlers on the winning side include Dylan Long (tech fall at 103), Evan Yenolevich (pin at 119), Ricky Williams (major at 135) and Eddie Keichel (major at 140).
