Victoria Zorn of Effort earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Chadron State College on Dec. 18. The college honored 127 candidates for bachelor’s degrees during winter 2020 commencement.

Chadron State College, which was founded in 1911, is the only four-year, regionally accredited college in the western half of Nebraska.
