A Tamaqua man is charged with criminal trespass for entering a home in the borough without permission.

Tamaqua Police charged Kietchen Eaches, 39, for the 7:22 p.m. Jan. 11 incident after responding to a complaint. Police found Kietchen inside the residence.

Both the homeowner and the renter, who was not home at the time, said no one was permitted to enter the property.

Eaches had a preliminary arraignment Jan. 13 in front of Magisterial District Judge Stephen Bayer where bail was set at $10,000 unsecured. A preliminary hearing is set for noon March 2 in Bayer’s office.
